If you check Box “Activate accounts when transfer between different storage locations”

that means you activated our model in this company to allow the system create journal entry

when you make any internal transfer from stock location to another different stock location

for Storable Products whose cost method follows the “Average Cost (AVCO)” policy

and inventory valuation “Automated” as shown in the following figure

Define “Inter-Locations Clearing Account” as the following figure

Ability to define different Stock Account Valuation for each storage location if you want

that but if not defined that mean you will use the odoo standard Account Valuation defined

in product category as “location-1” in the following figures also you can define different

Stock Journal for each storage location if you want that but if not defined that means

you will use the odoo standard Stock journal defined in product category as “location-2” in the following figures

OR

Case Study:

Internal Transfer for storable product from storage location to another different storage

location as per the previous settings for storable product and settings for storage

stock location “1” and storage stock location 2 with custom stock journal ,

custom stock account valuation used for location “1 “but  standard stock journal

and standard stock account valuation used for location” 2”

The following figure explain that the system create 2 journal entry for 2 locations for each storable product(s)

defined in internal transfer without any journal entry for consumable product(s)

Also the system create journal entry for location”1” using the stock journal defined  to location “1”

The following figures explain that the system create  journal entry for location “1” with custom

stock journal and custom stock account valuation where we transfer stock from it so

stock account valuation must credit amount

The following figures explain that the system create  journal entry for location “2”

with standard stock journal and standard stock account valuation where we transfer stock to it

so stock account valuation must debit amount
